Terry Pratchett, the creator of the beloved Discworld fantasy sequence, died on Thursday at age 66, after battling Alzheimer's illness for a few years.
Pratchett’s Alzheimer’s prognosis led him to turn into a supporter of legalizing assisted suicide in the UK, although he by no means confirmed he would select to take this route himself.
